We deliver on the promise of helping our customers, colleagues, and communities thrive in an ever-changing world.A PROUD HISTORY OF OVER 75 YEARSFY22 REVENUE 10.4 BN USDWE’RE PRESENT IN 66 COUNTRIESOVER 1,400 ACTIVE GLOBAL CLIENTSRole: Engineering LeadLocation: Remote Responsibilties Partner with Engineering leaders to ensure high quality software is delivered in a predictable mannerApplies problem solving techniques and product capability knowledge to ensure best and quality results for the client engagement.Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the productDesign, plan and implement modular, highly scalable and performing cloud platform services using open source and other third-party tools that could be used by application developers using Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CDDesigning & developing full-stack Cloud based enterprise-scale applications including UI, backend services, No SQL databases etcCreating schemas, data models, migrations, and manage NoSQL databases (Cassandra and Redis)Writing data API’s and multi-server applications to meet product needsMigration of select AWS platform services to private cloud environment along with the application workloads that are using these servicesSkills Experience in leading a high performing enginering teamHave deep understanding of cloud architecture and modern system design principles, microservices, containers, Kubernetes, GitOps, and building and implementing containerized solutionsHave proven experience in building platform services for high traffic and scalable systemsExperience of building front end web applications using JavaScript (React, Redux, Chakra UI) on a Python backend (Flask preferred)Knowledge of one of the server-side programming languages (Python or Java)Have Knowledge of web architecture and protocols (CDN, HTML, DOM, JS, HTTP, HTTPS,TLS/SSH, IPv4/v6)Have knowledge and understanding of browsers, DOM API, native Javascript, browser security restrictionsHave extensive experience working in a Linux/UNIX environment with knowledge on distributed systemsHave experience with NoSQL databases (Cassandra, MongoDB, etc), Caching experience with Redis, Messaging Queues (Kafka), Elastic SearchExperience of Amazon Web Services and/or other cloud services integrationHave experience in writing the HTTP Restful Web Services/Proxies and API’sShould have good understanding of AWS or private cloud infrastructure in Hybrid scenario involving edge applications and Cloud applicationsWipro is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and makes all employment and employment-related decisions without regard to a person's race, sex, national origin, ancestry, disability, sexual orientation, or any other status protected by applicable law.#LI-SS27Cloud Engineering
