I am excited to be partnered with a global, privately-held Medical Communications agency on a rare new opportunity in which they are seeking a digitally-focused Associate/Client Services Director to join and lead their ever-growing Client Services team. This role involves serving as a strategic partner to clients, overseeing the team, managing client relationships, and ensuring satisfaction across all services provided. The position offers the opportunity to drive projects effectively, delegate tasks, and manage financial and account budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive projects effectively and delegate tasks to the team evenly and appropriately.
  • Provide a hands-on approach to support the team.
  • Manage successful client relationships and ensure satisfaction across all services provided.
  • Lead on strategic discussions and routine client/company reviews.
  • Provide portfolios that drive both strategic and tactical organic growth.
  • Overall responsibility for financial and account budgets.
  • Manage and oversee the development of junior staff including direct reports and their teams.

Qualifications

Required

  • 6+ years of experience in a medical communications agency setting for Associate Client Services Director.
  • 8+ years of experience in a medical communications agency setting for Client Services Director.
  • Demonstrated experience working across various projects deliverables in a client facing role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience driving growth on new and previously established accounts.
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
