Workflows is the engine that allows our users to automate their process with the rest of the platform. The engine must support a very large scale of streaming events and be generic enough to allow other teams to expand the abilities to their own applications.What you’ll do: Leadership and Team Management:Leading a team of developers to achieve the group's objectives in both product development and technical innovation.Mentoring and guiding team members to enhance their skills and performance.Technical Expertise:Delving into the intricacies of our workflows application and engine.Driving the technical design and implementation processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.Be able to take on coding assignments hands-onProject Management:Taking ownership of tasks from inception to completion in an independent manner.Ensuring timely delivery of projects by managing resources and deadlines effectively.What you’ll bring:Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field is requiredA minimum of 8 years hands on experience in the software development field with 2+ years of experience as a team lead.B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.Knowledge and experience with Node.js/NestJSKnowledge of a frontend framework Must have AngularOrganizational and time-management skillsExperience with at least one modern DB infrastructure (Mongo, Elastic, SOLR, BigTable, BigQuery, MySQL, etc’)Advantages:Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Dataflow.#LI-VC1#LI-HybridActual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training.
