Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to the main receptionist, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing front desk operations.
Assist with basic administrative tasks, including setting up and cleaning up conference rooms for meetings and lunches.
Play a key role in holiday charity projects by taking inventory of books and gifts, wrapping items, and preparing them for delivery.
Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times in our buttoned-up, polished office environment.
Qualifications:
