Job Summary:

This position is responsible for cleaning of the locker rooms, the bathrooms, and the break room at the Commerce, CA location.

• This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

• At the start of shift, ensure the bathrooms and lunch room are clean and stocked with necessary items
• Maintain the cleanliness of the locker rooms both male/female including but not limited to:

Pick up any trash or clothing off floor, sweep floor in locker room, empty trash can/bin, empty trash can/bin, wipe down benches including any other activities to help maintain the cleanliness of the areas.

• Fill up all gloves, hairnets and check supply of soap, sanitizer paper towels throughout facility
• Assist in production when needed
• Assist and support the production department as needed in packaging food and organizing boxed finished product
• Receive cleaning supplies and organize supply room as well as take inventory
• Clean, sweep & mop hallway, offices, breakrooms and bathrooms per cleaning schedule
• Take out trash when needed
• Restock floor pads with chemical granules
• Clean exterior of facility when needed
• Write reports to update cleaning supply inventory
• And other duties as assigned

• Knowledge inventory control & high standard of cleanliness.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience cleaning in a business setting.
• Ability to be able to work without supervision

• Ability to push and pull light weight cleaning tools such as broom and mop
• Ability to be on your feet and moving around for 4 hours while cleaning.
• Occasional bending
• Ability to be able to lift up to 20 pounds without assistance.

• Floors may be slippery when walking from office area to bathrooms or break room in the production area.
