SilverRock offers a variety of ancillary products and administrative services encompassing everything from GAP coverage to vehicle theft and GPS tracking to dealership fleet management. In short, the Support Specialist assists with daily communication between business partners, customers, and internal departments. Such as, injecting and cancelling contracts, uploading important documents, and setting up tows and rentals as requested.

+ High School diploma (required), Bachelor or Associate degree is preferred.
