Responsibilities
- Welcoming all guests that walk into our shop
- Providing guests with the highest level of customer service
- Taking guests orders on the POS ensuring all transactions are accurate and complete
- Sharing knowledge about the ingredients and benefits of all items on our menu
- Helping guests decide what to order
- Preparing and delivering yummy food to the guests
- Ensuring that the work environment stays clean
- Following all policies and procedures for health and food safety
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service in a hospitality environment (i.e. restaurant, hotel, etc.)
- High School Diploma
- Fun and outgoing personality
- Excellent customer service experience in hospitality for the last years
- Experience making smoothie and/or acai in the last year
