  • Set individual team goals to meet and exceed the store's revenue budget.
  • Conduct team meetings to set expectations for operational procedures, merchandising, and sales goals.
  • Ensure safety, sanitation, and operational standards are met.
  • Schedule employees to manage payroll while adhering to wage and hour budget.
  • Verify inventory, process orders, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Utilize business acumen to create and execute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans and recaps.
  • Support all Omni Hotels & Resorts' associate engagement and training programs: including Moments of Service and Power of Engagement.
  • All other reasonable tasks and assignments as requested by the Director of Retail or senior leadership.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • 3-5 years of retail management experience required. Ideally in the wine and spirits industry.
  • Must have TIPS certification.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
