- Supervise and train all staff, fostering excellent customer service.
- Maintain store appearance to meet or exceed Omni standards.
- Set individual team goals to meet and exceed the store's revenue budget.
- Conduct team meetings to set expectations for operational procedures, merchandising, and sales goals.
- Ensure safety, sanitation, and operational standards are met.
- Schedule employees to manage payroll while adhering to wage and hour budget.
- Verify inventory, process orders, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Utilize business acumen to create and execute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans and recaps.
- Support all Omni Hotels & Resorts' associate engagement and training programs: including Moments of Service and Power of Engagement.
- All other reasonable tasks and assignments as requested by the Director of Retail or senior leadership.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience considered in lieu of degree.
- 3-5 years of retail management experience required. Ideally in the wine and spirits industry.
- Must have TIPS certification.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
