**JOB QUALIFICATIONS:**

+ Bachelor's degree required.

+ 2-4 Years of People (HR) Business Partner experience preferred

+ You are driven and have the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment

+ Ability to listen and communicate effectively

+ Excellent organizational skills and abilities

+ Detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy

+ Capable of effectively managing multiple demands from a variety of sources

+ Proficient in Microsoft Suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
