  • Excellent written/oral communication, organizational and computer skills

  • Experience with EPIC

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for managing the front office operations and staff of a busy Multidisciplinary Clinic. Responsibilities include training, coaching, annual performance evaluations, managing issues and facilitating time and attendance. The Team Leader will oversee and participate in front-end activities such as registration, check-in, check-out, scheduling, billing, referral intake and work queue management. The Team Leader will help to organize and motivate the team to ensure an efficient high level of production. This position will help organize the work of others, is responsible for clinic flow, supervising front office staff, and providing guidance in delegating work to others as necessary. This position will review reports pertaining to production and monitor work activities to create a solution to job flow if needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates Degree and three years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a hospital or ambulatory oncology setting or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Supervisory experience required. Excellent written/oral communication, organizational and computer skills required. Experience with EPIC is preferred.

Work Days:

Monday through Friday 8-1630
