- Minimum three (3) years in a hospitality leadership/supervisory role
- Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, washers, tools, fixtures, and cleaning solvents
- Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Must have a valid driver's license
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in hospitality or similar
- Previous Marriott experience

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $58458 - $62200 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. **Responsibilities**

+ Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, washers, tools, fixtures, and cleaning solvents
+ Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and some holidays required
+ Must have a valid driver's license
**Physical Requirements**
+ Frequent standing, walking, climbing of stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying; use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and complete scrubbing/washing duties
+ Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
+ Visual acuity is sufficient to inspect the cleanliness of rooms and surfaces
