Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Backup Technologies.
  • Solid understanding and experience with Computer Hardware.
  • Practical knowledge of IP Telephony.
  • Experience in working with Telephony System.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
  • Experience in producing timely and detailed service reports.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
  • Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
  • Proven field service experience.
  • Ability to work well in teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Must be able to travel to different locations as per job requirements.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must adhere to all institutional policies and procedures.
