ServiceNow Developer (Remote)

This role will support clients within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) with opportunities to expand support to other defense and security-related organizations. The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for the developing, implementing, and administering ServiceNow applications. Specific initiatives and work products that this role supports include:

**What you'll be doing:**

+ Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

+ Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.

+ Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations.

+ Perform unit, system, and integration testing.

+ Debug and fix technical problems.

+ Support the development of detailed technical documentation.

+ Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users.

+ Participate in platform upgrade activities including regression testing and reconfiguration.

+ Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.

**What you must have:**

+ 3 or more years of ServiceNow experience supported by ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD).

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

+ U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

+ Experience in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps.

+ Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.

**What we'd like you to have:**

+ Experience with ServiceNow SAP ERP Canvas.

+ Experience working in an Agile environment.

+ Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF).

+ Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week.

+ Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP and REST preferred.

+ Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications.

+ General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment.

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels.

+ Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions.

**Pay Range** - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$84,533.00 - $173,884.00
