Full Job Description

The HR Assistant provides crucial support to the Synergy US recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. This will be a 12 month assignment.


Roles and Responsibilities:


Job Posting and Advertisement:

Assisting in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms. This includes ensuring that job descriptions are accurate and up-to-date.


Scheduling Interviews:

Coordinating interview schedules between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panel members. This involves sending interview invitations, booking meeting rooms or virtual conference spaces, and managing any changes or conflicts that may arise.


Candidate Management:

Managing incoming candidate applications and organizing candidate profiles, and job requisitions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).


Data Management and Reporting:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the ATS or other tracking systems. This includes generating reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate demographics, to support decision-making and analysis.


Recruitment Event Support:

Assisting with the coordination and execution of recruitment events, such as job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and networking events. This may involve logistical planning, attendee coordination, and promotional activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Two (2) + years administrative experience, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
