We own and operate over 30 miles of natural gas pipelines, several substantial gathering system facilities, measuring stations, and compressors servicing natural gas production across Westmoreland, Clearfield, and Centre Counties, Pennsylvania.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Gathering System Facilities Engineer to join our team. This role offers significant growth potential in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize natural gas pipeline gathering systems
• Conduct routine pipeline inspections and maintenance
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards
• Troubleshoot and implement solutions to operational challenges
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and regulatory agencies

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain construction and O&M records
• Ensure compliance with 49 CFR Parts 191 and 192
• Provide hands-on assistance with pipeline and compressor operations
• Develop bid documents and manage contractor relationships
• Assist with environmental compliance and reporting
• Act as primary contact for PA One Call System
• Represent the company in regulatory audits

What You'll Bring

• Engineering degree with 5+ years of experience in pipeline gathering systems
• In-depth knowledge of pipeline construction, operations, and maintenance
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (49 CFR Parts 191 and 192, PA PUC Act 127)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to work in both office (20%) and field (80%) environments
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice-to-Haves

• Knowledge of ASME B31.8 and related codes
• Experience with environmental compliance in the natural gas industry

The Fine Print

• Full-time, onsite position (hybrid is not available)
• May require on-call availability and occasional weekends
