  • Ability to train, develop, and motivate a diverse team.

Preferred

  • 7+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Technical certification and hands-on experience with maintenance and repair.

CoWorx is hiring for a 3rd shift Maintenance Supervisor position for one of our top clients in Elk Grove Village.


Maintenance Supervisor (3rd Shift)

Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM, 3/4 day work week (rotating), including weekends and holidays as needed.


Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our night shift team. This role is critical to ensuring seamless operations and the maintenance of high-speed production equipment. You will oversee approximately 45 team members, focusing on training, development, and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and guide maintenance staff, ensuring equipment is maintained and production goals are met.
