  • Develop and manage a comprehensive Preventative Maintenance program to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Engage in Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) activities, including project planning, budgeting, and coordination.
  • Assist in production trials, ensuring projects are executed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by making actionable suggestions and propositions to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA requirements for manufacturing, ensuring all processes and practices are compliant.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing, plant/operations, or a technical role. Previous experience as an Electrical Engineer or Production Automation Engineer is highly relevant.
  • Strong mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Extensive understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
  • Familiarity with cGMP and FDA requirements related to manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement efforts and implementing best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
  • Proficiency with manufacturing software and tools.
