PRACTICE MANAGER
EXPERIENCE IN MEDICAL OFFICE REQUIRED.
Looking for practice manager to run an outpatient mental health child psychiatry office. The core focus of this role will be a player-coach position leading our non clinical team to scale.
Minimum Qualifications:
*2+ years experience in the behavioral health or medical practice office.
*2+ years of management experience with the ability to coach, motivate and empower a team to consistently achieve hiring goals.
*Ability to think strategically about future needs of the team and recommend or plan the processes needed to scale
*Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to partner effectively across the company
COMPENSATION
Competitive Compensation. Targeted total compensation range: $60,000 - $85,000. Final salary will be commensurate with candidate experience.
