Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on SuccessFactors implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and implementation methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

  • PMP or similar certification
