- Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruption to business operations.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery and outcomes.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on SuccessFactors implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and implementation methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred
- PMP or similar certification
