A Workday Consultant is sought by a global client for a full-time, hybrid role based in Dallas, TX. Qualifications
Required
- Experience with Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Advanced Compensation, Security.
- Knowledge of Learning, Time and Absence, and Integrations is advantageous.
- Experience in building Advanced/Matrix reports in HCM, Recruiting, Compensation.
- Must have experience in creating and loading data using EIB in HCM, Compensation and Recruiting.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and writing nested functions.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage a large volume of work.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
