  • Work with team members to design and implement software, focusing on simplicity, reliability, and manageability
  • Collaborate with manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure the successful launch of new products
  • Manage all electrical and software engineering deliverables within the project team, from the approved program scope and timing submission to the final product launch
  • Contribute ideas to support continuous improvement initiatives in areas such as safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitors' activities, providing insights and recommendations to help the company adapt its offerings and strategies

Qualifications

Required

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering field
  • 3+ years of relevant engineering experience, although recent graduates may also be considered
  • Experience in designing printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electrical systems
  • Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, MPLAB, and SolidWorks

Preferred

  • Experience working with opto-electrical systems, such as driving lasers or LEDs using microcontrollers
