  • Comply with all state and federal regulations.
  • Perform exit interviews with separating employees.
  • Conduct investigations involving harassment, EEOC, and similar types of claims ensuring legal compliance, as required.
  • Lead by supporting and reinforcing the Firm’s philosophy and culture throughout the organization.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years HR experience
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and formulate appropriate responses
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Possess demonstrated decision making skills while building trust throughout the organization
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality HR services to employees and managers

Preferred
