  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Provide leadership and inspiration.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and superior active listening skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Project.
  • Must be a self-starter that is reliable and responsive to customer needs.
  • Create, understand, track, and ability to present Project Management planning tools like Work Breakdown Structures and Gantt Charts.

Preferred

  • Project Management Certifications (PMP or Other relevant certifications).
  • Experience working in the ATM or kiosk self-service industry.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge in software development, IT infrastructure, or related fields.
  • Financial institution or network switch ATM operational experience.
  • Ability to understand technical architectural diagrams and explain to customers.
  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycles such as Agile.
  • Monday.com for project planning, task management, team collaboration, and progress tracking including creating custom workflows, automating processes, and generating reports.
  • Ability to absorb and understand complex information technology systems and platforms.

Technical Project Manager Overview:
