The Network Administrator at Tata Consultancy Services is responsible for supporting and managing multiple remote sites and data center networks, troubleshooting Cisco data networks, and managing the lifecycle of networking devices. This role requires a deep understanding of Cisco switching, routing, and wireless technologies, as well as experience with Cisco Firewall/Firepower, ISE, and Netscaler Load Balancers.
Responsibilities
- Support and manage multiple remote sites and Data Center Networks
- Troubleshoot Cisco Data Networks, i.e., routing/switching
- Install and configure switches, Firewalls, and Wireless devices in lifecycle management
- Troubleshoot Layer 2 technologies like Layer 2 switching, STP, PVSTP, RSTP, Port channeling, and VPC
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Wireless Controllers, Wireless Access Points, and Cisco ISE
- Cisco Firewall/Firepower configuration, installation, and administration experience
- Understanding of Cisco SDWAN and Cisco DNAC Technologies and support knowledge
Qualifications
Required
- 8 to 15 years of experience
- Experience with Cisco Switching, Routing, Nexus switches, Cisco Wireless, ISE, and Cisco FTD
- Experience with Netscaler Load Balancers
- Knowledge on routing protocols and hands-on experience on OSPF routing protocol and BGP
- Knowledge/experience on new Cisco Products like Nexus 9Ks, 5Ks, and 2Ks, Cisco 9k family switches
- Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Wireless Controllers, Wireless Access Points, and Cisco ISE

· Hands on experience on installing and configuring the switches, Firewalls and Wirless devices in Life cycle management
