  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills and knowledge
  • Experience with databases and in-house publishing software
  • Good writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Knowledge of efficient office procedures and practices

Robert Half is actively looking for an experienced Office Manager/ Executive Assistant. The Office Manager/ Executive Assistant plays a critical role in coordinating and maintaining the office, supporting the execs/owners, and making sure guest visits run smoothly and to the highest standard. The ideal Office Manager/ Executive Assistant will be successful if they have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to perform multiple tasks within set deadlines. This position is located in the Philadelphia area.
