As a Lab Administrator at Sandvine, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and debugging servers, laptops, mobile devices, and networking equipment in a data center environment. As a Lab Administrator you would be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and debugging servers, laptops, mobile devices and networking equipment in a data center environment. You would also be responsible for executing, debugging, and updating automated test scripts as well as reviewing the results of these tests.

Responsibilities

· Installing, configuring, maintaining, and debugging servers, laptops, mobile devices and networking equipment in a data center environment

· Android, Iphone, gaming consoles, tvs, and more

· 10G, 100G networking

· Servers and laptops running various operating systems

· Executing, debugging, and updating automated test scripts and reviewing results

· Python or other scripting language

· Configuring and maintaining IT/network/server/application monitoring software such as Nagios

· Adopt new Industry standard tools and technologies

Technologies:

  • Excellent knowledge in Network and System Administration – MANDATORY
    • Servers
    • L2/L3 Switches/Routers
  • Knowledge of scripting languages - MANDATORY
    • Python
    • Shell
  • Knowledge of android OS, IOS configuration and automation – Optional
    • Selenium
    • Android studio
    • MDM solutions

· Strong in Routing and Switching concepts – Configuration/debugging

This position will primarily work from home, but must have the ability to access the data center when needed.
