  • Fix HVAC systems including both furnaces and boiler systems aging between 1 year – 2+ years.
  • Make necessary material runs as needed on a job-by-job basis
  • Be okay to travel to multiple job sites regularly
  • Have good note-taking skills, communication skills, organized, and works efficiently
  • Have strong customer service techniques.
  • Have a positive and upbeat attitude and a willingness to help co-workers and residents in need.
  • To maintain a cleanly shaven, professional appearance for our residents and to maintain all required uniform standards on all service calls.
  • To organize, keep clean, keep stock and track on truck inventory when and where applicable.
  • Use, Keep Operable and always implement all necessary safety equipment and practices.
  • Work closely with office coordinators and project managers

Towne Housing Real Estate is looking for energetic and friendly apartment routine maintenance technicians with experience in general property maintenance, routine apartment repairs, and working with residents to solve their maintenance needs. We are a multi-site property management firm with apartments in the local WNY, Greater Rochester and South towns areas.


The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of property systems such as basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry for all rental properties. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, parts, customer service are all highly required in this role. We manage a portfolio of over 1,000+ apartments in the Western New York and Springville, NY Area’s.


Our team members are our most important asset to our operation and field technicians work daily to provide a great customer experience with the help and support of our in-house maintenance coordinating team.

While working at Towne you are assisted by our maintenance coordinators in the office to manage your daily schedules, limit confusions while on jobs, allow for easy unit access and to assist in tenant communications. Schedules and jobs are Phone APP based and accessible on any smartphone. Schedules are posted well in advance to easily outline what tasks are being assigned.
