The Maintenance Technician at RMS Construction LLC is responsible for performing all regular maintenance activities at the rental buildings within their geography. This includes responding to resident requests, managing their work schedule, and ensuring the apartments and building operations are in excellent condition. Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for identifying and performing all regular maintenance activities at the rental buildings in their geography. This includes responding to resident requests and managing their schedule of work as set forth by the Maintenance Superintendent. This position impacts our residents by ensuring their apartments are in excellent condition and that all building operations and amenities are performing at the high standards of the RMS brand. Will also perform checklist walkthroughs and verify services rendered by subcontractors. This is full-time position (no overtime) and candidates will be required to work Monday – Saturday and rotate being on-call for any emergencies. This position reports to the Maintenance Superintendent.
