Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of a variety of healthy lifestyle and culinary offerings.
  • Previous knowledge of Toast preferred.
  • Experience with catering programs and special events a huge plus.
  • Experience with OSHA and all local Department of Health Regulations.
  • Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role.

SUMMARY The FOH Lead is experienced in hospitality, highly motivated and passionate about maintaining an environment that provides guests with memorable food and beverage experience. This position will Lead the shift for the café team and be responsible for implementing service protocols in the restaurant to maintain high food quality standards, high guest service standards, and high cleanliness standards. The FOH lead will support the Restaurant Manager in creating and maintaining a positive, and successful café team ethos that ensures the most rewarding guest experience possible.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The FOH Lead must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities to demonstrate they can perform the essential functions of the job, along with the physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Must be able to maintain a strong team atmosphere within the restaurant.
  • Strong ability to delegate and guide the shift, while training on processes as necessary.

  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to change, is a self-starter, is a critical thinker, and has outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (will be required to succeed).
