Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development, implementation, and execution of strategies aimed at improving on-time delivery of consultant work product and engagement amongst the Accounting, Finance, and Tax consultant network
  • Identify and help resolve operational roadblocks to ensure smooth and efficient workflows for the consulting network
  • Implement scalable initiatives and best practices to ensure smooth and consistent consultant operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of accounting processes and deadlines
  • Utilize technology and tools to enhance productivity and streamline consultant operations
  • Work directly with the Finance Operations Manager to drive high-impact strategic initiatives across different areas of the company

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance
  • 1+ years of experience in Management Consulting / Operations
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
  • Experience contributing to complex and cross-functional projects from conception to implementation
  • Experience working with remote teams and fostering a collaborative, high-performing work culture

We are seeking a dedicated Finance Operations Associate to support a team of consultants in the accounting space. The ideal candidate will have experience meeting deadlines, supporting month-end close processes, and working with remote teams. This role requires a strong team player who can assist in building a cohesive team, streamline processes, and help remove roadblocks to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
