  • Measure ROI and KPIs, report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Identify trends and insights; optimize spend and performance based on these insights.
  • Innovate new and beneficial growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, providing thought leadership when appropriate.
  • Contribute to projects aiming to advance the strategic objectives of the Marketing and Client Services team.
  • Communicate the impact of digital marketing initiatives on business growth and client retention.

Qualifications

Required

  • Over 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related field
  • Proficiency in Content Management System (CMS)
  • CRM skills
  • Experience with Database management
  • Familiarity with Facebook Insights
  • Expertise in Google Ad and other Advertisements platforms
  • Experience in Analytics
  • Blogging skills
  • Brand Awareness and Campaign Planning experience
  • Familiarity with the Asset Management Industry
  • Proficiency in Email Marketing and Social Media management
  • Knowledge of AB Testing
  • Proficiency in Webtrends Analytics and Google AdWords
