Our systems availability and correctness are paramount to operations for our internal users.We're looking for a Sr Support Software Engineer to help us maintain existing support owned tools in addition to helping us think outside the box when it comes to innovation. This role empowers you to be a catalyst for positive change, driving innovation and improvement across the Support organization. Your ability to ideate, build consensus, and effectively roll out changes will be pivotal in improving troubleshooting time for technical support engineers, and ultimately for the Splunk customer experience.What you'll get to doOur operations team maintains an internal tool that allows technical support engineers to effectively troubleshoot. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location.
