Uptown Rental Properties is looking for hard-working, eager Maintenance Technicians to join us in fulfilling these core values through our work!

Maintenance Technician Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities Include:

• Basic plumbing
• Light electrical
• HVAC troubleshooting
• Make ready/turnovers
• Property and unit inspections
• Driving company vehicle
• Provide superb customer service to residents, vendors, teammates, etc. 

Maintenance Technician Requirements: 

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Familiarity with iPhone
• One year's experience in: light plumbing, light electrical, HVAC trouble shooting, apartment turnovers/make ready, facilities maintenance, or similar field
• Comfortable with hand tools
• Ability to meet physical requirements: The position is considered to have moderate to heavy physical demands. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to climb up to nine feet on ladders, work in overhead structures, walk, stand, twist, stoop, bend, squat, and kneel at least 90% of the workday. The employee will occasionally be required to lift, carry and/or move in excess of 100 pounds and frequently be required to lift, carry and/or move in excess of 50 pounds during the normal course of a workday.
