Position Summary:

Seeking a pro-active, detail oriented, resourceful and professional Administrative Assistant. Duties include scheduling, data entry, travel organization, coordinating appointments, and email and written correspondence.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Management of multiple calendars and schedules

• Coordination of travel

• Responsible for expense reports

• Ensure all work is done on time and to a high-quality standard

• Other miscellaneous office, administrative, and sales support tasks as directed

• Data entry

• Manage and ensure bills are being paid and checks are out on time
