The Customer Service Specialist at Long's Jewelers is responsible for operating the store's office according to policies and procedures, providing outstanding customer service, processing transactions, evaluating and documenting condition of merchandise for repair, balancing POS at closing, and managing inventory. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Individuals must be able to multi-task and be detailed and number oriented. Teamwork and support for all areas of the store is a must. Prior customer service and/or fine jewelry and luxury timepiece experience a plus.
