  • Coordinate and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate shipment of materials between Kuiper and Flextronics, MX.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to track and confirm shipment details, resolve any issues, and ensure all parties are informed of shipment status.
  • Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and complies with company and industry standards.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and update relevant parties on any changes or delays.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and clear communication throughout the shipping process.
  • Support other procurement and logistics-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of shipping and logistics processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

Preferred

  • Experience in the space or manufacturing industry.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $55,000 – $62,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
