Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience as a legal assistant or paralegal

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent typing and proofreading skills
  • Excellent knowledge of correct grammar, spelling and punctuation usage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team member
  • Strong desire to contribute to the firm's and its clients' success
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to handle detailed work with accuracy

We need an awesome Real Estate Paralegal to join our growing, close-knit team. Fast-Paced, Challenging, and Engaging Work


Our awesome Real Estate Paralegal will directly assist the attorney and provide legal support in drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, company operating agreements, recordable instruments, and closing documents, researching relevant statutes and case law, conducting title and survey review, coordinating real estate financing and closing due diligence, forming and registering entities, and tracking all active commercial real estate projects from negotiation and acquisition to operation and disposition.


This is a full-time (30-35 hours/week) hybrid role for an experienced and efficient Real Estate Paralegal at our Downtown Seattle office, with flexibility for remote work. We require three days in the office and are open to alternative schedules depending on need and ability to meet our quality standards. Firm's 401(k) plan with 4% match is available to all employees after 90 days.
