- Assist owners representative construction contract drafts, bid on projects, analyze, and mitigate risks
- Communicate with the responsible parties to ensure quality construction meets or exceeds company standards and proper industry techniques and processes are utilized
- Review projects on a daily basis to ensure quality construction standards
- Must be capable of coordinating multiple projects
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years experience in construction management
- Experience with cast and place concrete, tilt panel construction, metal framing, standing seam metal roof and pre-engineered metal buildings
Preferred
- College degree

The ideal candidate must be capable of preparing construction budgets, reviewing and assist cost estimating and project scheduling.
