  • Assist in new hire onboarding processes, including preparing documents, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Today our portfolio includes over 15 brands (Xerjoff, Juliette Has a Gun, Vilhelm Parfumerie, Roja, Montale and more) for which we manage everything within the US. This management ranges from a brand's online store, social media presence, and retail distribution.
