  • Resolve issues/inquiries from clients (e.g., delivery error)
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels for assigned clients within ERP system
  • Ensure compliance with state regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with other departments to complete cross-functional tasks
  • Manage a shared email box with team
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

  • An exhibited passion for customer service
  • Demonstrated success in delivering results & proactively overcoming obstacles
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Committed to being a team player
  • Capable and interested in building relationships with team and clients
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel)
  • Familiarity working in an ERP system
  • High level of attention to detail

We are looking to immediately fill an open full-time Customer Service Specialist role. In this position, you will be an integral member of one of our customer service teams, directly supporting our clients' daily business operations and enabling their success. This is a hybrid role, with a combination of in-office and remote work expected.
