  • Prepare, process, and serve subpoenas and discovery.
  • Draft, review, proofread edit, input revisions to, finalize, and transmit hard copy and electronic correspondence, reports, pleadings, and other legal documents as directed.
  • Prepare legal correspondence and court documents in final format, including footnoting, and creating TOC/TOA following local court rules.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, travel, court appearances, and depositions.
  • Coordinate dates for hearings, depositions, and all other litigation deadlines for state and federal court cases.
  • Organize, scan, copy legal documents.
  • Correspondence with court clerks, opposing counsel, and clients to obtain or provide information.
  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and enhance office effectiveness.
  • Operate office equipment and maintain systems and procedures.
  • Assist in deposition preparations.
  • Retrieve documents from courts.
  • Investigate facts, research cases and search public records and other resources.
  • Gather and analyze statutes, decisions, legal articles, codes, documents, and other data.
  • Assist with other legal, administrative, and special projects as needed.

Full Job Description

Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is a Lemon law firm located in Los Angeles, CA. The Paralegal position is a full-time, salaried position. The individual holding this position must illustrate the ability to manage the key responsibilities and stated functions as a solutions-oriented member of the team. The ideal candidate will have previous Paralegal experience in the field of lemon law.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Coordinate dates for hearings, depositions, and all other litigation deadlines for state and federal court cases.
