Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks.
  • Oversee email and communications on behalf of the Vice President & General Counsel.
  • Attend meetings/calls/video conf., maintain meeting notes, and execute follow-ups.
  • As requested, represent the Vice President and the company in meetings, video conferences, and phone calls.
  • Manage the work calendar for the Vice President, organize and schedule meetings.
  • Assist with worker’s compensation claims and benefits administration for Company employees, including but not limited to open enrollment and new hire orientation.
  • Manage the company's global seasonal calendar, including updates and follow-ups with internal departments and third parties.
  • Coordinate corporate travel.
  • Coordinate job postings and conduct resume reviews and interviews.
  • Manage or assist in special projects as needed.
  • Be a professional representative for the company.

Qualifications

Required

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Effective and clear communicator.
  • Must be discrete and maintain confidential or sensitive information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.

Los Angeles-based premium denim market leader AG Adriano Goldschmied seeks an Administrative Assistant to support the Vice President of Operations and General Counsel.
