As a Front Desk Representative at System Soft Technologies, you will be the first point of contact for guests checking in or out of the hotel, providing efficient, accurate, and friendly service to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests upon arrival.
  • Ensure a fast, efficient check-in process, including verification of guests' identification, credit, and payment for their stay.
  • Assign room keys, assist guests with their needs, complete registration cards, and accommodate special requests whenever possible.
  • Place guest and room information in the appropriate front desk packets and communicate necessary information to relevant hotel personnel.
  • Coordinate requests for maintenance and repair.
  • Maintain guests' room key storage.
  • Thoroughly understand and adhere to proper credit, check-cashing, and cash-handling policies and procedures.
  • Perform cashier responsibilities, including bill and invoice settlement, posting charges to guest accounts, and handling foreign currency exchanges.
  • Assist with incoming calls through the PBX console politely and professionally, using standard phraseology and routing to the appropriate department, guestroom, meeting room, or facility.
  • Use proper telephone etiquette.
  • Take messages and ensure their prompt delivery.
  • Use proper mail, package, and message handling procedures.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests checking in or out of the hotel. You will provide efficient, accurate, and friendly service, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience.

Additional Details:

  • Dress Code: Business Attire (black slacks, blazer, white long-sleeve)
  • Target Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration of Assignment: 3-4 months (Temp to Perm for the right fit)
  • Work Hours: 40 hours/week (Must have open availability)
