Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operation Manager to join our Aerospace Company in Torrance, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our production and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize and manage production schedules to ensure maximum production efficiency.
2. Coordinate and communicate with different departments such as engineering, procurement, quality control, and others to ensure projects are delivered within required timelines and budget.
3. Ensure all products and services meet and exceed quality standards.
4. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to increase productivity and efficiency.
5. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production processes.
6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
7. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
8. Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational goals.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience working in an operational management role in the aerospace industry.
3. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
