- Enter and update employee information in ADP as directed
- Maintain and update all HR forms and documents as directed
- Reconcile VP of HR corporate cards expenses and complete expense report for approval and processing
- Retrieve and sort all HR department mail and distribute to appropriate HR staff
- Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences for the VP of HR and other HR department members as requested
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of administrative support experience
- Strong, demonstrated proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Adobe, and Outlook
- Strong written and oral communication skills
