The Real Estate Transaction Coordinator/Manager at Endeavor Agency is responsible for managing the commercial real estate loan transaction processes, including maintaining the pipeline, coordinating deal tracking with all stakeholders, creating and submitting invoices, collections, and data entry. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Firm Lending Principals and team members, Borrowers, Brokers, Title Companies, Lawyers, Third-Party Vendors, etc to collect pertinent transaction documentation.
  • Act as primary liaison between Firm and the entire transaction team.
  • Monitor and coordinate key dates, responsible parties, accuracy of incoming information, and communication to keep the key players abreast of the transaction progress and expediting the process wherever possible.
  • Ensure all transactions follow general company guidelines and deal specific critical dates and documents.
  • Provide discrete handling of confidential information.
  • Possess a superior knowledge and understanding of each deal to efficiently communicate deadlines and requirements to clients and agent.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but sufficient experience will also suffice.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience closing commercial real estate transactions.
  • Motivated self-starter.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Works well under deadlines and a creative self-starter.
  • Ability to handle sensitive material and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Our client is hiring a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator/Manager for it's rapidly growing team.


The primary focus of this position is to manage the commercial real estate loan transaction processes. The responsibilities include but are not limited to: maintaining the pipeline, coordinating deal tracking process with all stakeholders throughout all phases of the transaction, creating and submitting invoices, collections, and data entry for key stakeholders.


The Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for managing all contracts through closing to ensure the timely closing of deals. A tech-forward mindset, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, communicate with many stakeholders, and organizational skills are musts.


This person must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment, take direction, and multi-task under tight deadlines while consistently projecting a friendly and professional demeanor. Candidate should possess a high comfort level with all Microsoft Office products.

Firm Description

Privately held real estate debt and equity investment firm based in New York and New Jersey with a diverse portfolio of over 1,000 apartments, numerous ongoing developments, and an emerging credit platform. Firm has transacted on over $350MM in real estate acquisitions and loans in just the past few years. Firm plans to originate and invest in more than $300MM of multifamily/mixed-use mortgages over the next 12 to 18 months (more than 50 transactions).
