Responsibilities Include:
· Manage meeting schedules, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff.
· Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
· Order and maintain office supply inventory.
· Maintain organized and accurate staff records and databases.
· Assist with Project filing and document organization.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years’ experience as an administrative assistant or related field is required.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
· Ability to draft letters, prepare specialized meetings.
