Seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support two serial entrepreneurs in their fast-paced business environment. Responsibilities include assisting with management of the company real estate portfolio, a health and wellness business as well as several other companies. Other responsibilities include, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaing an efficient calender and email system. The ideal candidate should exhibit strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Prior experience in property management or executive support is a preferred.
