Qualifications

Required

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, ideally supporting a high-level executive or CEO.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • High level of initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High degree of professionalism and understanding of confidentiality.
  • Ability to assist in both professional and personal areas of the CEO’s life.
  • Flexible schedule and availability to assist during non-traditional hours if required.
  • Reference letters from previous employers are required.

Preferred

  • Experience working remotely in a similar role.
  • Background in legal or immigration services.
