  • Conduct annual performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Address and resolve any production-related issues or employee concerns.
  • Collaborate with management, office staff, supervisors, and production teams during scheduled meetings.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
  • Implement and refine operational procedures to address challenges and enhance product quality.
  • Prepare and maintain various reports, including performance evaluations, efficiency records, inventory logs, and quality control documentation.
  • Adjust production schedules and priorities as needed to accommodate equipment malfunctions or other operational challenges.
  • Drive problem-solving initiatives to enhance team collaboration and operational improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards regarding cost management, waste reduction, safety protocols, quality control, and timely delivery.
  • Manage material orders and parts organization to support production needs.
  • Uphold and support ISO compliance and quality standards.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Our client, a stable company in the packaging industry is in search of a 1st Shift Production Supervisor. Supervisors are responsible for achieving production targets, adhering to ISO standards to ensure customer satisfaction, and leading a motivated workforce that fosters positive employee relations. Ongoing improvement is expected by optimizing the efficiency of labor, materials, and machinery.
